1BookBG returns to the Bowling Green community this year with a new title and special author visit! This year's series is the Who Would Win? book series from author Jerry Pallotta.
In partnership with BGSU, 1BookBG is proud to host an author visit with Jerry Pallotta on Sunday, May 14 at 2:00 pm in the Bowling Green Library Atrium! As a writer of over 30 years, Jerry is an award-winning author of children's alphabet books and imaginative fiction and has written over 90 books. Combining facts, research, humor, and realistic illustrations of the animals he writes about, his books are loved by families and children. Learn more about the meet the author event here.
Local partners, including the Wood County District Public Library and local schools, help to make literacy a reality in the lives of families all across our community! This author visit is provided by BGSU’s College of Education & Human Development through the generous support of the Marjorie Conrad Estate.

1BookBG asks an important question this year: Who Would Win? This year's 1BookBG author is Jerry Pallotta and features his many Who Would Win titles that show what would happen if animals faced off in the wild.
In partnership with local schools, WCDPL and 1BookBG are proud to host an author visit with Jerry Pallotta on Sunday, May 14 at 2:00 pm in the Bowling Green Library Atrium. As a writer of over 30 years, Jerry is an award-winning author of children's alphabet books and imaginative fiction and has written over 90 books. Combining facts, research, humor, and realistic illustrations of the animals he writes about, his books are loved by families and children.
Families can join us as Jerry talks about his books and his experience as an author. After the presentation, there will be a book signing. Books will be sold at the event.
