Tech Help Monday - Friday @WCDPL

Make an appointment with library staff for free 1-on-1 help with laptops, mobile devices, apps, and software by calling 419-352-5050.

Tablet and Smart Phone Classes. Wednesdays, 3 pm, September 20 - November 15. 2nd Floor Meeting Room.

Starting Wednesday, September 20, WCDPL partners with the Wood County Committee on Aging and the BGSU School of Media and Communication to offer weekly “Tablet and Smart Phone Classes.” These workshops will take place each Wednesday through November 15 at 3 pm in the library’s second floor meeting room, and are geared to suit each participant’s unique needs. Registration is required. Those interested should call the Senior Center at 419-353-5661 to register and for more information.

Super Saturdays Tech Help, Saturdays, 10 am - Noon, September 23, October 7, and December 2. 2nd Floor Meeting Room.

More personalized instruction will be available during “Super Saturdays Tech Help” sessions in the library’s second floor meeting room. Participants may drop-in on September 23, October 7, and December 2, from 10:00 am until noon for free training on a variety of devices such as e-readers, iPads and tablets, and laptops. During these sessions experts from the Omega Phi Alpha service sorority will available to answer your questions on how a device works and to provide tips to solve common problems.
