Celebrate El Día

Celebrate "El Día de los Niños/ El Día de los Libros" on Sunday, April 30th, at 7:00pm at the Wood County District Public Library with La Conexión de Wood County.

"El Día de los Niños/ El Día de los Libros" is a nationally recognized initiative that emphasizes the importance of literacy for all children from all backgrounds. It is a daily commitment to linking children and their families to diverse books, languages and cultures.

Pizza and Pages: Civil Rights

Pizza & Pages, a monthly book club for all area 6th-8th graders, is a partnership between Bowling Green City Schools and Wood County District Public Library and is open to all area 6th-8th graders.

The WCDPL Children’s Place has multiple copies of the pre-selected books. For this month's theme of Civil Rights, pick one or more of the following books:
